    Abstract: 課程發展強調課程目標、內容、方法與評價四要素的完整性、關聯性與適切性。課程目標不僅指明了課程發展與教學的方向,同時也是評價教學效果和改進教學方法的指標。如果僅以師生間的對話決定課程發展的方向,難以體現教師的專業性,課程發展也會缺少系統性。因此,教師既需要考慮師生間的對話,也需要考慮學科知識和哲學、社會學、心理學等理論知識,還需要考慮自己的專業能力,如此才能把握課程發展的正確方向,促進課程和幼兒發展。
