    Abstract: To keep the advantage, enterprises need to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM). By integrating and sharing information, an enterprise can improve its efficiency and quality of services. Especially in financial service market, efficiency and 24 hour services is the most important. This paper will to bring up a three-tier multi-agent asset management consultant CRM service system. This system supports the distributed problem solving in the asset management domain. It divides into threetier(layer), the first tier is to satisfy different customers, and provide customized services; the second-tier is to analyze financial information, and provide first-tier knowledge; and the third tier is to organize raw data into information for second-tier to analyze. The system uses intelligence tools and data mining technique as applications. Ultimately, this paper expects that the architecture has a result of providing a high quality and customized financial consultant services.
