    Abstract: 教師評鑑是永續教師專業發展的重要機制,近年來教師評鑑在台灣教育政策上雖已逐漸明朗,但如何改變教師對評鑑的不信任與威脅感,協助教師積極面對,是本研究的主要關心。
    Teacher evaluation is an important policy for professional development and it becomes clearer gradually in Taiwan. The main concern of this research is to change the teachers` distrust and threaten on the policy and to help teacher face the teacher evaluation positively.
