    Abstract: 在自然資源經營規劃上,對於河川網路粹取與集水區範圍的區劃,以數值地形模 型配合不同演算法加以分析,為一有效率而可行之方法。近年來,由於地理資訊系統軟體的 發展日益成熟,自然資源經營者只需取得數值地形模型。即可藉由套裝軟體,配合不同門檻 值粹取出河川網路,並衍生河川級序、河川長度二項基本河川網路參數。但對於河川支數的 求得,目前則未發展相關演算法或有應用軟體提供此功能。因此本研究以陳有蘭溪集水區為 試區,採用地理資訊系統軟體ARC/INFO粹取河川網路,並以其所產生之屬性資料庫為基礎架 構,發展出以Chain-node topology 為分析基礎之演算法。本演算法係利用GIS空間分析功 能,將資料庫予以分層處理,再加以比對河川網路屬性資料庫之Chain與node,自動分析河 川支數。研究結果顯示,相對於傳統人工計算,本演算法能快速正確地分析河川支數,以達 成計算河川分岔比、河川頻率等河川網路參數自動化之目標。
    In natural resources management, extraction of stream network and delineation of watersheds using digital terrain model (DTM) has been found a very effective and efficient measure. Due to the rapid development of geographic information system (GIS) software in recent years, natural resources managers can easily extract stream network after obtaining DTM. In addition, two stream network parameters can be derived, i.e., stream orders and stream lengths. For obtaining the number of streams, however, there is no algorithm or application software that provides this functionality. In this study, an algorithm was developed based on the Chain-node topology for analyzing the number of streams in a stream network. The Chen-yu-lan creek watershed was chosen as the study site. ARC/INFO was used to extract the stream network; then the resulting attributes database was analyzed using the algorithm. The results indicate that, as compared to the manual computation, the algorithm can obtain the number of streams more efficiently and accurately.
