| Abstract: | 影音檔案是有別於紙質文獻，在近代發展並擁有嶄新載體之資料，能夠生動地保存原始聲音，成為近代用以記錄生活和歷史的文化資產。國內影音典藏早期多典藏於圖書館、檔案館或博物館等機構，或寄存、捐贈其他機構，較無專職性影音典藏機構。目前臺灣珍貴影音檔案典藏如國家圖書館、臺灣音樂館、臺灣師範大學音樂數位典藏中心、國家電影中心等。
網站是原機構、重要典藏與使用者聯繫的平台，成為數位取用的虛擬影音檔案館，網站成為促進珍貴影音檔案的應用的重要媒介，其作為一承載所有資訊的重要平台，典藏機構網站提供功能與資訊內容是其不可忽略的重要服務。但是數位影音檔案服務的實際提供情形，依各機構網站之情形，數位影音檔案的服務提供形式與現況也亦有不同。
本研究旨在透過國內影音檔案網站功能調查，並了解國外相關網站建置情形，藉由國內外數位典藏建置與網站應用之現況相互對照，對未來影音檔案網站之建置提出相關建議。研究方法包含網站內容分析法，分析國內外影音檔案網站之功能，後續透過半結構式深度訪談法針對國內機構人員蒐集資料，以佐證網站分析結果，並加以深入了解細節。
研究結果顯示，影音檔案網站提供高比例的機構資訊功能、數位典藏系統與館藏目錄功能，以及部分輔助導覽功能為網站主要功能。臺灣影音檔案網站提供詳盡的機構資訊，但在數位檔案服務功能僅以數位典藏系統與館藏目錄，以及數位展覽等數位服務為主的情形。機構將網站視為推廣機構與實體館藏的方式，數位化主要基於保存的目的為出發。實際上機構與網站所能提供的數位服務都有限制，數位檔案雖然提供便利使用，然而在著作權與著作人授權的限制，機構能提供的數位服務也受到侷限，而網站為了吸引使用者到館使用，彌補網站缺乏的數位服務功能，以不同的方式包裝館藏，吸引使用者持續利用、到館拜訪，解決數位館藏的版權限制，協助外界與使用者認識機構與館藏。
影音檔案網站的下一步會隨著時間的潮流與新技術的崛起，不論在網站呈現、功能更新、檔案保護，皆可從中獲益，而目前網站最大限制的著作權與著作人授權問題，對於防盜保護技術趨近成熟後，應當能順應數位使用習慣，逐一解決。以下則提供數項臺灣影音檔案網站建議與發展方向。
本研究建議，針對網站的建置情形與提供現況，應可朝建立完整的輔助導覽功能、維護網站資訊的完整以創造另一種服務、創造舒適的網站個人價值服務、跟隨使用者進行推廣，如利用新媒體與使用者接觸。
Audio-visual archives are different from paper archives because of its unique media that can take information more lively. Taiwan’s institutions for audio-archives are usually libraries, archives and museums. There are less professional institutions to collect, manage those precious archives. Website is a way to show digital information, institution information, and to promote institution itself. Almost every institution has provided its websites, and let users get everything useful from website. But the providing situations are different from websites.
The purpose of the study is to understand the functions providing by audio-visual archives websites in Taiwan and other countries. This study analyzes the contents, functions of websites by content analysis to realize the situation. To understand the institution’s opinions about websites, the study chooses semi structured interviews and to propose suggestions for reference.
The results of the study are as follows. (1) Audio-visual archives websites provide high proportion functions about functions institution information, digital archives system and catalog. According to interviews, the purpose of website is attracting users to contact with archives and visit institution. (2) There are limits of providing digital services, although digital archives are convenient. (3) In order to attract users to utilize archives with little digital services, the institutions have to solve digital copyright restrictions, and provide other services to lead users to find the information of needs.
The findings of the study may provide suggestions below. First, Audio-visual websites should establish complete navigation function to help user to get their solutions. Second, Because of restrictions of digital services, maintaining the contents of website creates another service to help users to find their answers. Third, the websites can provide personal functions and have learning, sharing, editing functions besides studying and learning. At last, website is a way to contact with users, and should follow with users’ habit to create more interactive ways. |
