Title:	企業創投與公司發展之研究-以華穗創投為例 The research of relationship between corporate venture capital and the development of parent company- The case study of United Adviser Venture Management

Abstract:	企業創投(Corporate Venture Capital, CVC)在歐美國家逐漸成為大企業尋求成長以及創新的重要工具。從早期的市場參與者以科技與醫藥產業等研發技術含量較高的廠商如英特爾(Intel)、輝瑞(Pfizer)、禮來(Lilly)等，到目前如民生消費及零售等傳統產業廠商如通用磨坊(General Mills)也爭相跨入這個領域，顯現出企業創投在公司策略發展及價值提升中所扮演的重要性。因此，近年國內外對於「企業創投」相關領域的研究也如雨後春筍般陸續的出現。本研究主要透過統一集團在2008年設立其企業創投組織，「華穗創投」為例，以個案分析的方式探討統一設立華穗創投的動機、企業創投對母公司所帶來的優勢、企業創投在投資後的管理、及潛在的出場方式做完整的分析與討論。最後，歸納出國外各主要學術單位及企管顧問公司研究而得的企業創投之成功關鍵因子，並根據此通盤檢視華穗創投的組織架構及營運方式是否符合成功要件做為參考的方向。
