| Abstract: | 在小型開放經濟體系下，探討開放貿易和外包生產對於勞動市場效率和失業的影響。主要以文獻回顧形式探討此議題，因此挑選具重要性的文獻作為回顧的素材，以供日後進一步研究貿易對於失業影響的參考。本研究以搜尋--匹配模型為架構，解釋全球化下普遍存在於勞動市場的供需失衡現象，分析貿易自由化對於小型經濟體的結構性失業可能影響。
By reviewing some critical articles to analyze the impact of trade and outsourcing on labor market efficiency and unemployment in a small open economy. In a two-sector, general-equilibrium model with labor-market search frictions, the wage increases and sectoral unemployment decreases upon offshoring in the presence of perfect intersectoral labor mobility. With imperfect intersectoral labor mobility, unemployment in the offshoring sector can rise, with an unambiguous unemployment reduction in the nonoffshoring sector. |
