Abstract:	本研究係探討一個企業組織管理者之領導型態(leader-ship style)與管理者部屬間之權力差距(power difference)、資訊差距(information difference)、部屬成熟度(maturity)之關係，並以權變觀點(situational view)探討管理者面對管理者與部屬間之權力差距、資訊差距、部屬成熟度三個情境變項不同組合下，採取何種領導型態較合適，藉以提高管理者管理效能。本研究於回顧領導情境及領導型態有關文獻發現大多數為描述性研究，乃嘗試作規範性研究。首先依據研究文獻邏輯推理建立觀念性架構，從而推演各項研究假設，設計各研究變項之衡量指標。其次選定資訊業、紡織業員工作問卷調查3100份，依據所回收20.6%資料作資料分析，包括因素分析、變異數分析、多重區間檢定、列聯分析等，並作信度與效度之評估。由實際驗證及研究推論得知，管理者在各種不同領導情境組合下所採行之較佳領導型態，冀能供企業界管理者及學術界參考。
