    题名: 組織內外部因素對全球價值鏈治理型式與升級的影響
    How internal and external factors influence the type of global value chain governance and upgrading

    摘要: 許多研究並未同時探討資源基礎理論與全球價值鏈治理和升級,升級是個全面性的過程,若只探討品牌商對供應商的治理型態恐稍嫌不足,且國內探討升級的文章雖多,但主要僅集中在品牌發展面或是以動態能力探討內部資源的影響因素,故本研究透過結合以資源基礎理論探討公司內部優勢和外部以公司客戶對於自身治理模式,內外部對於國內代工公司在發展設計能力以及推出自有品牌的影響力,以訪談國內知名代工廠商作為研究方法。
    基於前述的研究動機,本研究希望探討組織內外部因素對全球價值鏈治理型式與升級的影響,研究結論為:(1)升級的過程中,主要是來自於內部的驅動力,勝過外部因素的影響;發展設計能力時,個案公司希望獲取更多的訂單與益發緊密的顧客關係;發展品牌時,則是期盼能透過品牌接觸終端消費者,藉此提升獲利;(2)對於國內代工業者而言,無論是發展設計服務或是開創自有品牌,人力資源對於價值鏈升級是最重要的內部資源影響因素,更甚過財務資源,因為人力資源大大地影響了公司的組織能力與學習能力,公司的價值觀能夠提升組織能力,能夠進一步地促進公司升級;(3)就外部因素而言,政府並未積極協助,而供應商會配合代工業者的相關需求,競爭者眾多但無領導廠商,因此競爭壓力並未形成升級動力,而升級後會影響客戶的治理方式,從俘虜型變成模組型的治理模式;(4)升級的過程中,因為市場與客戶不同,故客戶並未加以阻礙,反而是可能會遭受到內部聲浪的反彈、人才流失,以及對於新市場的陌生而有所影響。
