    Abstract: 電子書近年來由於易檢索、易攜帶、便利性、以及數位閱讀等特質,大受人們歡迎。公共圖書館與學術圖書館大量提供電子書服務,但使用率尚未普及。電子與紙本圖書不同,必須藉由電腦網路與閱讀載具才能閱讀。圖書館在提供電子書服務時經常遭遇許多困難,如閱讀器不相容、受限數位版權與認證阻擋無法閱讀、下載複雜、讀者不認識與不會使用電子書等。本論文從美國與上海二個電子書推廣服務成功個案,了解電子書推廣服務的重要,需要針對電子書特色與使用者需求,規劃電子書網站服務與推廣策略。綜合上述二個個案,本論文提出電子書推廣服務SPRE 策略,涵蓋電子書網站服務(Service)、電子書行銷(Promotion)、電子書閱讀研究(Research)、與館員電子書教育(Education)等四大推廣策略。
    As recently being easy retrieval, easy to carry, convenience, and easy to read, e-books are greatly become popular. The public libraries and academic libraries also provide a large number of e-book services. However e-book reading is different from paper book with their using and reading by computer network and e-book readers. E-book library service often encounters many difficulties, such as the e-book readers not compatible, limited digital rights that certification block complicated download, users seldom knowing and using e-books ,etc.. As the article exploring two good cases on e-books promotion of the Half Hollow Hills Community Library and the Shanghai Metropolitan library, the e-book promotion service SPRE strategies is proposed in accordance with e-book features and user’s eeds , including e-book website service strategy, e-book promotion strategy, e-book reading research strategy, and librarian e-book education strategy.
