    Abstract: 創設洗洗走公司之商業企劃
    XiXiGo is a hair wash and blow-dry salon for a predominantly female clientele. The salon will provide hair washing, basic massage, conditioning treatments and blow-dry and styling services. It will also sell hair products that are used by the salon. The flagship store will be located in the downtown area of Ottawa, Ontario, the capital city of Canada with plans to expand to Montreal and Calgary after success in Ottawa. The founder is an MBA graduate and the manager is a certified esthetician with over 10 years of experience in the industry including owning and operating her own salons. The sales forecast is very conservative projecting a 2% increase overall for the second year and then 5% for the following 2 years and 3% in the fourth year as there may be new entrants and competition in the industry at that time. We expect that 20% of our best customers will make up approximately 80% of our revenue.
