    摘要: 兩岸在2010年6月29日簽署兩岸經濟合作架構協議（ECFA），象徵兩岸經濟交流制度化與進一步整合的重要里程碑。同時，台灣政府希望ECFA能促進台灣吸引更多國際投資與打開台灣參與東亞經濟整合體制的大門。本文評估ECFA所引發的爭議與成效：首先說明東亞經濟整合體制的發展趨勢；進而分析ECFA的內容及政府對於ECFA效益的評估；緊接著闡述ECFA在台灣內部引發的經濟與政治爭議；最後則彙整與分析統計資料，藉以評估ECFA簽訂一年的成效。
    Taiwan and Mainland China signed the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) on June 29, 2010, symbolizing a major milestone in the institutionalization and further integration of cross-Strait economic exchange. At the same time, Taiwan`s government hopes that ECFA will help to attract more international investment to Taiwan and open the door for Taiwan`s participation in the East Asian economic integration regime. This paper assesses the controversy surrounding ECFA and its effects. First, this study explains the evolution of the East Asian economic integration regime. The paper then analyzes the content of ECFA and the Taiwan government`s assessment of its expected effects.. The economic and political controversy in Taiwan over ECFA is then reviewed. Finally, the paper analyzes statistical data to evaluate the effects of ECFA over the one-year period since its signing.
