    Abstract: 本研究透過企業展現創業家精神的方法-「內部創業」為起點,探討是否有 將內部創業系統化之可能,於此,本研究針對內部創業之系統化提出一可供實際 執行之架構,其包含「決策層的心態」與「內部創業的配套作法:策略面、營運 面、組織面」,此架構透過個案研究法之驗證,初步證實其能改變內部創業單位 與其利害關係人之交換關係,進而使內部創業之過程更為順遂,並透過企業發展 過程中路徑相依的概念,使內部創業的作法與思維經過不斷複製與修正,使其深 植於企業內部,形成建構與強化動態能力的長期效果。
