    Title: 策略聯盟與知識管理關聯性之研究─ 以管理顧問業為例

    Abstract: 管理顧問產業雖然發展的歷史短,但是亦逐漸成形為一個熱門的產業。台灣的管理顧問業者雖然因為市場特殊性的關係,一直沒有出現世界級的管理顧問公司,卻也逐漸摸索、發展出自有的模式。也就是在資源以及市場有限的情況下,台灣的管理顧問公司大量的採用策略聯盟的方式,透過與其他顧問公司或是個人顧問的合作,來維持組織管理以及資源上的彈性。這樣的模式讓台灣的管理顧問產業得以生存,但是當多半以短期目的而結合成的策略聯盟為常態時,管理顧問業者無法透過這樣的模式同時提升自我的競爭力。
    對於被歸類於「知識服務業」的管理顧問業而言,知識是最主要的競爭力來源,因此本研究希望透過以下兩個問題的研究,來給予台灣管理顧問產業一些實質上的建議:(1)管理顧問公司如何進行策略聯盟?(2)管理顧問公司採用策略聯盟與知識管理之關連性為何?希望不僅能夠給予台灣管理顧問業在執行策略聯盟時管理上的建議,更希望藉由研究策略聯盟與知識管理的關係,讓台灣的管理顧問產業在爭取生存空間的同時,也能一步步的成長。
    本研究發現,台灣的管理顧問業者業者依照自身資源與能力的不同,會進行不同的策略聯盟,但由於產業的特性,許多的管理在單一的單位內時都不容易掌握,以致當範圍擴大至整個聯盟時更加難以控管;另外,對於管理顧問業者來說,策略聯盟的確是一個非常好的知識的來源,但是聯盟中難以對於聯盟產生的知識進行管理,以至於最後知識的有無仍然取決於聯盟內成員自身知識管理機制的有無以及良窳。
