Abstract: | Japan HonYa is a on-line web company specializing in book, company product include fiction, magazine, dictionary, test book (Language test book), Newspaper, child book and professional book. Our mission and vision is to provide excellent service in knowledge sharing field.
We plan to target following 5 types of consumers but not limited.
Taiwanese who is learning or interested in Japanese.
Japanese who is working or studying in Taiwan.
Japanese’s family who is living in Taiwan.
Students who is preparing Japanese language test.
Office man & office lady who is working in Japanese company.
Our low cost and more product combination strategy make us very competitive, no Taiwanese or Japanese book stores can provide such low cost or same service with us so far. We use online channel to market and distribute our products because online service serve the need of both low in cost and high efficiency in reaching our target customers. For the book you want, just click and pay, no need to carry heavy books by yourself.
Since we have quiet reachable profit rate around 35% ~ 30%, we estimate this business break even in the 1st year and turn profitable in the 2nd and 3rd year. Executive Summary 1
