    Abstract: 幾乎是無可避免的?媒體在報導新聞時,尤其是報導刑事或災難新聞,在發揮告知、監督與聯繫社會之同時,總要變成惡棍,成為交相指責的對象?而既然人們屢次批評媒體,也屢次不但沒有遠離,反倒欲罷不能,讀看聽更多媒體的相關報導,以致有人甚至說,「消費(媒體)已然成為許多人無可救藥的心理危機處理模式」,那麼,人們也就註定必須被迫戴上媒體惡棍的從犯的帽子?九二一地震以來,媒體重複,或說擴大地重複了承平時期就已存在的問題。妨害救災與醫護工作的進行。受災者身心俱疲、生活步調大受干擾之外,媒體的輪番上陣,攝影機及鎂光燈齊下,隱私及受創的心靈,再受媒體暴力的傷害。
