    摘要: 本文係探討各國的檔案管理體制，並進行比較，共包括七個國家：美國、英國、法國、澳洲、日本、新加坡、中國大陸等國。首先敘述這七國的檔案管理體制，包括各國的檔案管理主管機關與國家檔案館的設置。其次，對此七國的檔案管理體制進行比較，項目有：一、各國檔案主管機關名稱、隸屬、層級、體系等項；二、各國檔案典藏管理單位設置情形；三、各國屬於中央政府永久保存檔案管理方式；四、各國地方政府設置檔案管理之機關。最後，對於比較的四個項目整理列表，以分析各國檔案管理體制之異同。
