Abstract:	本文首先針對電子文件概念介紹國際間對電子文件之定義，並探討與電子文件息息相關之文件保存系統，同時兼論有關文件生命週期及文件連續性二種電子文件管理模式；另外針對電子文件管理環節中有關檔案鑑定議題進行探討，最後以加拿大(國家檔案局，NAC)、美國(國家檔案及文件署，NARA)、及英國(公共文書局，PRO)等三個國家為例，介紹其電子文件鑑定相關規則及做法，以提供國內電子文件管理及鑑定工作之參考。
