    摘要: 信心建立措施(CBMs)是1995-96年台海危機以後被關注的研究議題。台灣許多的相關研究是引用1970年代源自於西方的概念。中國的春秋戰國時期曾有過頻繁的戰爭，及外交上的合縱連橫。如果國際關係是具有普世性，則中國在當時的環境應該能夠發展出國際關係的概念。在此假設下，中國或許有信心建立措施的概念。本研究試圖從當時的典籍找出信心建立措施的概念。
    Confidence Building Measures has been an important research topic in Taiwan since the 1995/96 Taiwan Strait crisis, and many of the relevant studies apply concept from that developed in Europe of 1970s and 1980s. China had very frequent formation of coalitions and wars among states during the Spring-Fall and Warring periods, and some kind of ideation on international relations should be developed from this period of experience, and CBMs is one of possible ideations in this regard. Based on this assumption, this research project attempts to find out if there is any CBMs related ideation in this period from Chinese classics works.
