    摘要: 本計畫透過建置台灣單一法律數位資料檢索介面，以及台灣法律數位典藏網路平台的方式，借重社群經營，以及志工之參與及推廣，試圖推廣台灣數位法律資訊系統。由於此系統的數位基本公共資料，如法規，法院判決等，均無著作權之保護，因此無須授權。以這些公共數位法律文獻為基礎，透過法律社群的參與及提供法律文獻索引資料，以及取得全文資料的方式與技術協助，台灣完整的法律資訊系統，得以推廣。
    This project will construct a web entry point for all Taiwan digital legal research material. The approach of this project emphasizes community building and maintenance. Social workers’ participation and help to publicize the legal web are also essential for its success. Since most public legal material, like government rules and regulation, and court decisions are not protected by copyright, there is no need to get authorization from the copyright holders. These public legal material becomes therefore the backbone for Taiwan’s legal information system. The project will build other services on top of the basic legal research materials and discuss and share the basic ideas of our approach with the legal community throughout the execution of this project.
