    Title: 單親就業父母工作與家庭衝突之研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討998年和2006年單親就業父母工作與家庭衝突情形,以及瞭解是否有性別差異,並探究影響單親就業父母工作與家庭衝突的重要因素及轉變。研究工具為行政院主計處1998年和2006年「臺灣地區社會發展趨勢調查訪問表-家庭生活」資料庫,並以1998年183位、2006年562位有工作、有未滿18歲未婚子女的單親父母為研究對象。主要研究結果如下:
    一、1998年和2006年工作-家庭衝突沒有差異;但家庭-工作衝突則2006年較1998年減緩。
    二、1998年單親父親之工作-家庭衝突高於單親母親;家庭-工作衝突則無性別差異。2006年單親父親之工作-家庭衝突高於單親母親;單親母親之家庭-工作衝突部分高於單親父親。
    三、1998年工作-家庭衝突影響因素為性別和工作身分,單親父親、雇主的工作-家庭衝突較高。家庭-工作衝突影響因素為個人年收入、工作身分、子女數和父母同住情形,自營作業者、有2名子女者,家庭-工作衝突較高,年收入80萬元以上、與母親同住或與父母雙方同住者,家庭-工作衝突較低。
    四、2006年工作-家庭衝突影響因素為性別、年齡、單親成因、在家活動時間,單親父親、未婚、離婚或分居者,工作-家庭衝突較高,年齡20歲以上-30歲和40歲以上-50歲者、在家活動時間愈長者,其工作-家庭衝突較低。家庭-工作衝突影響因素為年齡、最小子女年齡和父母同住情形,最小子女年齡在6歲以下者,家庭-工作衝突較高,年齡20歲以上-30歲、與母親同住或與父母雙方同住者,家庭-工作衝突較低。
    五、性別為兩年度相同的工作-家庭衝突影響因素,父母同住情形為兩年度相同的家庭-工作衝突影響因素,至於其他影響因素則可能隨著社會變遷、就業市場轉型與福利服務提供等原因而轉變。
    最後,依研究發現嘗試對政府部門、企業和單親家庭服務機構提出建議,供未來單親家庭政策和實務參考。
