Abstract:	當我們問及我們的經濟制度是合理的嗎？那麼我們就會面對一個抉擇，即我們要如實地重複經濟現實，或是根據某種價值觀念重構經濟現實。此一問題就不只是經濟學，而更是哲學課題。馬克思以其人本的歷史唯物哲學為基礎，勞動價值理論為標準，批判資本主義經濟，形構社會主義經濟。本書根據馬克思原著陳述其經濟哲學思想，分析其立論結構，並以不同的哲學立場，嘗試第三條經濟思維的可能。中共曾以馬克思主義理論，作為改進中國社會之依據，並以政治力量改變經濟制度。然而，現正如火如荼地進行以「社會主義市場經濟」為基調的經濟改革運動，受到世人矚目，本書分析並解構此一運動的理論與實踐。
