Abstract: | 本研究旨在先彙整各項分析資料,徵詢專家學者與主管教育行政機關代表,訪問與調查國中與高中職學校行政人員、教師、家長或社區代表意見;次研議高中職入學學區相關議題與其衡量機制,全盤檢視適性學習社區與多元入學招生考區;後提出具體可行「入學學區」劃分與「學校轉型」策略方案,並研提配套措施與可行策略。 研究自94年11月至95年7月,為期9月。擬採文獻分析、文件分析、訪問、調查、觀察、座談、焦點座談、網路徵詢意見等八種方法,歷經蒐集資料、文件分析與訪問調查、提出初稿、徵詢初稿意見與處理爭議、提出修正稿、經委員會研議提出再修稿、提出再修稿意見與處理爭議、及經委員會通過後定稿等八個階段。 本研究預計可提出「入學學區」劃分與「學校轉型」策略方案,及其配套措施與可行策略,俾供實施十二年國民教育短程、中程、長程計畫參據。 This study aims at firstly compiling and organizing relevant analysis data, consulting experts, scholars and government representatives in charge of education administration, interviewing and surveying the opinions of junior/senior high and vocational schools?? administrators, teachers, parents and community representatives; secondly studying issues relating to academic areas of senior high and vocational schools and the relevant assessment mechanism, for making a comprehensive overview of the adaptive learning community and the multi-route entrance and admission areas; finally proposing specific and feasible solution of ?§academic area?? segmentation and ?§school transformation?? strategy, as well as the supporting measures and feasible strategies. The study will be conducted from November 2005 to July 2006 for a nine-month period. It is planned that eight methods will be used including literature review, document analysis, interview, survey, observation, seminars, focused seminars, and online opinion poll. There will be eight stages from data collection, document analysis and interview/survey, first draft, consultation of first draft and resolving disputes, second draft, committee discussion and third draft, proposal of revising opinions and resolving disputes, to the final draft with the committee??s adoption. It is expected that a solution of ?§academic area?? segmentation and ?§school transformation?? strategy, and the supporting measures and feasible strategies, can be proposed with this study, so that a reference can be provided for the short-, medium- and long-term planning of the 12-year national education. |
