    Title: 供應商與中心廠互動之研究--以台商在大陸汽車廠為例

    Abstract: 摘 要
    現代供應商管理績效已經是左右企業競爭力高低的重要因素,中心廠與供應廠商之間的互動已經不再只是單純的短期買賣,中心廠必須盡全力協助健全上游供應廠商,使得供應廠的專業能力可以完全發揮,透過合宜的評價管理保持與供應廠商的良好互動,才能將該等效益回向到自己,將競爭力發揮到極致。

    本研究為個案研究,從供應商對中心廠期望與實際關係的一致性、管理項目重視度與滿意度的落差,了解供應商與中心廠的互動;並且加入供應商競爭優勢在這兩類比較中存在何種的影響。本研究使用郵寄問卷訪問;題項範圍主要分為與中心廠維持關係等級、交易活動認知、供應廠自我優勢認知、管理項目重視度與滿意度、輔導效益衡量及其他獎懲。結果顯示大部份的管理項目呈現重視度高,而且供應廠商滿意度亦佳的狀況,但是在要求降價、多供應來源政策等項目的滿意度不佳,主要是因為汽車市場降價競爭的行銷環境因素所致。針對供應廠商的競爭優勢研究,發現與中心廠實際交易關係具有正向關聯度。

    本文最後建議,針對同屬中衛體系的其他產業可以進行類似研究,比較不同產業對供應商管理項目、互動關係;或者在一段時間後,因為中衛雙方依存度與依賴度變化,針對管理項目重視度與滿意度再做研究,與目前結果進行對照,可以提供中衛互動的參考。
