    Abstract: 本篇行動研究紀錄COVID-19疫情停課期間,為了協助受影響的學生、家長及老師,臨床心理師與台北市教育局合辦「兒青心理諮商免付費專線」的歷程,包括軟硬體裝備設置、人員招募與訓練、排班運作、服務形式、執行修正及困境因應策略,作者並藉由來電者身份、主訴議題、來電人次、前後測表單等量性資料以及案例故事說明專線服務成效。如同作者文獻回顧,禁止近距離或群聚型活動、隔離、居家線上學習讓青少年感覺社交孤立,也更易受到家庭功能不彰的影響,另有近期臺灣安心專線研究顯示防疫措施導致心理健康服務需求者更難取得協助或資源(Hwang et al., 2023, Crisis, in press),因此臨床心理師提供遠距、即時諮商服務以填補心理健康服務的空窗顯得格外重要。回應者則針對危機求助熱線(crisis helpline)的發展與疫情期間的應用、服務成效、危機協談技術與模式、研究發展與實務應用之展望予以回應和補充。
