Abstract: | 本研究以社區精神障礙者會所為研究起點,旨在探討在會所模式的實踐脈絡中,工作者如何促進會員優勢的與復元歷程的展現。研究透過訪談七位會所督導及工作者,整理其對會所精神價值的認識、實踐與運用,並進一步歸納會所模式、優勢觀點與復元之間的關聯性與共通性,以凸顯不同會所在發展歷程中的多元意義,提供未來有興趣投入會所場域之專業人員的參考。
研究透過會所準則的六大主題—「會籍」、「關係」、「空間」、「工作日」、「就業」、「教育」及「會所的運作」作為分析架構,呈現會所中的實踐經驗;同時運用「復元統合模型」系統化整理會所在復元歷程中如何善用「正式社會支持」與「非正式社會支持」的環境資源,陪伴會員共同經驗復元旅程。過程中所展現的策略與方法,更加凸顯了同儕支持、夥伴關係與社群網絡的重要性,以及復元歷程的階段性與螺旋上升的動態意涵。
在優勢觀點的運用方面,雖然會所工作者多未曾受過正式的相關訓練,然而在與會員的互動歷程中,仍可見其自然展現出五大原則的實踐樣態。
研究結果顯示不同單位的工作者對會所模式有著多重詮釋,差異性的存在不僅構成挑戰,也為跨單位對話提供了契機。特別是在全台協作模式據點持續擴展的脈絡下,持續性的教育訓練更凸顯其重要性。然而,人才培育不應僅侷限於新任工作者的基礎訓練,更需在單位內部建構持續性的教育機制,以強化工作者支持並促進工作方法的整合。基於此,研究提出以下建議:「一、建立持續性與系統化的教育訓練機制」;「二、重視工作者的自我照顧」。這兩項建議作為會所工作持續性關注的核心焦點,以提升專業人員的留任率,並促進會所服務的永續經營。 This study takes community-based mental health clubhouses as its starting point to explore how, within the practice of the Clubhouse Model, workers facilitate the expression of members’ strengths and recovery trajectories. Through in-depth interviews with seven clubhouse supervisors and staff, the study examines their understandings, practices, and applications of clubhouse values. It further identifies the interconnections and commonalities among the Clubhouse Model, Strengths Perspective, and Recovery, thereby highlighting the diverse significance of clubhouse development across contexts. These insights aim to provide a reference for professionals interested in engaging with the clubhouse field.
The analysis was guided by the six major themes of the Clubhouse International Standards—membership, relationships, space, work-ordered day, employment, education, and functions of the house—to present the lived experiences of practice. In addition, the Unity Model of Recovery was employed to systematically examine how formal and informal social supports are utilized within clubhouses to accompany members in their recovery journey. The strategies and methods that emerged further underscored the importance of peer support, partnership, and community networks, as well as the dynamic, spiral progression of the recovery process.
With respect to the application of the Strengths Perspective, although most clubhouse staff had not received formal training in this approach, their interactions with members nevertheless demonstrated the enactment of its five core principles.
The findings reveal that workers across different clubhouses hold multiple interpretations of the Clubhouse Model. Such differences not only present challenges but also create opportunities for cross-site dialogue. Against the backdrop of the continued expansion of collaborative clubhouse programs across Taiwan, the importance of sustained training becomes even more evident. Talent development, however, should not be confined to the orientation of new staff, but should instead be embedded within each unit through continuous educational mechanisms to strengthen worker support and integrate practice methods. Accordingly, the study proposes two key recommendations: (1) establishing sustainable and systematic training mechanisms, and (2) prioritizing workers’ self-care. These recommendations underscore the central concerns for sustaining clubhouse work, enhancing staff retention, and promoting the long-term development of clubhouse services. |
