This study explores the development experience of Taiwan’s solar energy industry and further analyzes its feasibility for application in Thailand. By employing literature review, comparative analysis, case studies, and expert interviews, the research identifies key decision-making factors for Taiwanese investors in Thailand’s solar sector, and provides strategic recommendations and directions for future research. The findings indicate that, by leveraging Taiwan’s technological advantages and aligning with Thailand’s market opportunities through adaptive, localized strategies, Thailand holds strong growth potential. This study serves as a valuable reference for Thailand’s green energy transition and for the formulation of renewable energy policies and industry development plans .
