    Abstract: 近年全球面臨氣候變遷、資源枯竭、環境污染等嚴峻議題，永續發展已成為國際共識，綠色金融和永續金融應運而生，成為全球金融體系的重要趨勢。綠色金融著重於將資金導向環境保護和減碳項目，如再生能源和節能技術，以應對氣候變遷；永續金融則涵蓋環境、社會和治理（ESG）面向，在追求經濟回報的同時兼顧社會責任和環境可持續性。
    當前，綠色金融和永續金融的發展趨勢體現在政策支持力度加大、市場規模快速增長、標準化程度提高以及ESG資訊揭露日益完善等方面。台灣在全球永續發展的浪潮中積極轉型，綠色金融在其中扮演關鍵角色，透過金融工具促進綠色產業發展和供應鏈的綠色化。
    台灣積極推動綠色金融發展，例如推出綠色金融行動方案3.0及台灣綠色及轉型金融行動方案，並參考亞洲其他地區的發展經驗，然而，台灣在發展綠色金融的過程中仍面臨挑戰，例如如何克服國內外的不確定性，以及如何促進各產業的綠色轉型。
    本研究旨在探討綠色金融在台灣產業發展需求上的應用場景，分析台灣產業對綠色金融的需求，以及金融業在驅動綠色金融發展中的作用。研究結論指出，綠色金融是台灣實現永續發展目標的關鍵引擎，能引導資金流向綠色產業，並透過金融創新賦能企業綠色轉型，面對不斷變化的環境，台灣需持續深化綠色金融發展，克服挑戰，以充分發揮其在促進永續發展方面的潛能。
    為進一步強化綠色金融在台灣永續發展中的應用，本研究提出以下建議：構建更具韌性的綠色金融政策體系、提升金融機構在氣候風險管理與情境分析方面的能力、大力推動企業ESG資訊揭露的標準化與強制化、加強對中小企業綠色轉型的金融支持、積極參與和引領國際綠色金融合作，以及持續投入綠色金融人才培育與公眾教育，透過這些建議，期望能為台灣綠色金融的持續發展提供參考，助力台灣在永續發展的道路上穩步前行。
