Abstract:	1. 本計畫對於以財產利益為客體的所謂2項財產犯罪的實務可期待有全面性的瞭解與掌握。2. 本計畫對於以財產利益為客體的所謂2項財產犯罪的日本刑法學之立法、學說、實務可期待有全面且深入的掌握與分析。3. 本計畫對於我國向來較需補充的所謂2項財產犯罪的理論，應可提供相當豐富的補充。4. 本計畫對於今後我國財產犯罪的立法，亦可能提供充分的現況研究，作為立法的堅實基礎。
