    Abstract: 執行本計畫之目的在於如何使現行法下之自然血親規定，能因應多元家庭的需求而為調整，包括人工生殖家庭、同婚家庭、跨性別家庭等，同時去除婚生與非婚生子女的用語，使各類親子身分關係的建立，不再有差別對待，以維護兒童身分地位的保障，有助於兒童權利公約在內國法的實踐。
