| 摘要: | 本研究主要探究幼教工作者與配偶的親職生活，聚焦親職分工與親職支持兩大焦點，以半結構式訪談三對幼教人夫妻，分別為「夫為幼教人」、「妻為幼教人」及「夫妻皆為幼教人」的組合，從雙方的「育兒勞務」與「子女教養」的分工，以及共親職的「支持」與「抵制」行為，探討幼教人夫妻的親職合作關係。
研究發現，每對幼教人夫妻都有其獨特的親職合作模式，但情感連帶才是合作關係能否實質運作的關鍵動力。在配偶關係中，夫妻情感連帶涵蓋彼此的實質付出、相互尊重與關係經營，最終形成深層的感恩與情感依附。研究者以「夫妻親職與情感連帶圖」呈現每對夫妻於親職合作的「實質」與「虛質」關係。
合作關係的虛與實，並非反映配偶關係的好與壞，也不等同於合作關係的成功或失敗。夫妻間需要盡可能地相互理解其觀點與立場，讓兩人的親職角色都能有發揮的機會外，更是要有深厚情感做為養分，保持及時溝通與調整的模式、尊重彼此的親職角色與付出占比、維持緊密的夫妻情感連帶關係，較能實踐親職角色的「實質合作」關係。
This study explores the parenting experiences of early childhood educators and their spouses, focusing on two dimensions: the division of parenting labor and co-parenting. Through semi-structured interviews, three couples were selected to represent distinct configurations—one where the husband is an early childhood educator, one where the wife holds the role, and one where both spouses are early childhood educators.
Each couple exhibits a unique pattern of parental collaboration. However, spousal affective solidarity emerges as the key driving force behind the effectiveness of these cooperative relationships. To illustrate both the substantive and symbolic aspects of co-parenting, the researcher developed a “Map of Parental Collaboration and Affective Solidarity” for each couple. Within the spousal relationship, emotional connectedness encompasses tangible contributions, mutual respect, and ongoing maintenance of the relationship—ultimately fostering deep gratitude and emotional attachment.
Couples must strive to understand each other’s perspectives and roles to ensure that both parenting responsibilities are meaningfully exercised. More importantly, emotional bonds serve as essential nourishment for co-parenting. Spousal affective solidarity is fundamental to achieving truly substantive parental cooperation. |
