    摘要: 隨著社會結構變遷與家庭型態多元化,幼兒陪玩服務已成為現代家庭重要的育兒支持系統。本研究旨在探討幼兒陪玩者在角色定位認知、社會變遷需求與家庭功能輔助三個向度的現況情形,並分析不同背景變項對上述三個向度的影響,以及各向度間的相關性與預測效果。
    本研究採用文獻分析法與問卷調查法,透過整理國內外相關研究建立理論基礎,並針對目前從事幼兒陪玩工作的陪玩者進行問卷調查。研究工具包含角色定位認知量表、社會變遷需求量表及家庭功能輔助量表,涵蓋解決問題困境、引導思考探索、陪伴互動支持等向度。資料分析採用描述性統計、變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法。
    研究結果顯示:(一)在角色定位認知方面,幼兒陪玩者整體表現為高程度,其中「解決問題困境」和「引導思考探索」得分最高,「陪伴互動支持」相對較低;(二)在社會變遷需求方面,整體表現為中高程度,其中「家庭結構變遷」認知最高,「多元家庭需求」認知相對較低;(三)在家庭功能輔助方面,整體表現為中高程度,其中「育兒輔助」得分最高,「情感反映」得分相對較低。差異分析顯示,性別在社會變遷需求與家庭功能輔助上存在顯著差異,男性均高於女性;其他背景變項(年齡、專業領域、最高學歷)則無顯著差異。相關分析顯示三個向度間呈現顯著正相關,其中角色定位認知與家庭功能輔助的相關性最高。迴歸分析結果顯示,角色定位認知與社會變遷需求對家庭功能輔助具有顯著預測力,其中「解決問題困境」為最重要的預測變項。
    本研究結果顯示,幼兒陪玩者對自身角色定位有清晰認知,能察覺社會變遷對家庭育兒模式的影響,並理解自身在家庭功能補充方面的價值。性別差異分析顯示男性陪玩者在社會變遷需求與家庭功能輔助的認知上顯著高於女性。角色定位認知與社會變遷需求對家庭功能輔助具有顯著預測力,其中「解決問題困境」為最重要預測變項。建議建立幼兒陪玩者專業認證制度與法規監管機制,強化角色定位認知培訓,並重視對社會變遷需求的敏感度培養,以促進幼兒陪玩服務的專業化發展。
    With the transformation of social structures and diversification of family patterns, early childhood play companion services have become an important childcare support system for modern families. This study aims to explore the current status of early childhood play companions in three dimensions: role positioning cognition, social change needs, and family function assistance, and to analyze the effects of different background variables on these three dimensions, as well as the correlations and predictive effects among the dimensions.

    This study employed literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods. A theoretical foundation was established through the compilation of relevant domestic and international research, and questionnaire surveys were conducted with individuals currently engaged in early childhood play companion work. The research instruments included the Role Positioning Cognition Scale, Social Change Needs Scale, and Family Function Assistance Scale, covering dimensions such as problem-solving assistance, thinking exploration guidance, and companionship interaction support. Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.

    The research results revealed: (1) Regarding role positioning cognition, early childhood play companions demonstrated high-level performance overall, with "problem-solving assistance" and "thinking exploration guidance" scoring highest, while "companionship interaction support" scored relatively lower; (2) Concerning social change needs, overall performance was at a medium-high level, with "family structure transformation" cognition being highest and "diverse family needs" cognition relatively lower; (3) In terms of family function assistance, overall performance was at a medium-high level, with "childcare assistance" scoring highest and "emotional reflection" scoring relatively lower. Difference analysis showed significant gender differences in social change needs and family function assistance, with males scoring higher than females; other background variables (age, professional field, highest education level) showed no significant differences. Correlation analysis indicated significant positive correlations among the three dimensions, with the highest correlation between role positioning cognition and family function assistance. Regression analysis results showed that role positioning cognition and social change needs had significant predictive power for family function assistance, with "problem-solving assistance" being the most important predictor variable.

    The research results indicate that early childhood play companions have clear cognition of their role positioning, can perceive the impact of social changes on family childcare models, and understand their value in supplementing family functions. Gender difference analysis showed that male play companions scored significantly higher than females in cognition of social change needs and family function assistance. Role positioning cognition and social change needs demonstrated significant predictive power for family function assistance, with "problem-solving assistance" being the most important predictor variable. It is recommended to establish professional certification systems and regulatory mechanisms for early childhood play companions, strengthen role positioning cognition training, and emphasize the cultivation of sensitivity to social change needs to promote the professional development of early childhood play companion services.
