| Abstract: | 本研究旨在探討成年初顯期個體的兒少不當對待經驗、拒絕敏感度與心理健康之關聯性，以及拒絕敏感度是否在兒少不當對待與心理健康之間具有中介效果。本研究使用「中文版兒時創傷量表」、「拒絕敏感度量表」及「華人健康量表」作為研究工具，共回收324份有效問卷，本研究使用描述性統計、相關分析與多元迴歸分析進行統計分析。本研究結果如下：
一、成年初顯期個體的兒少不當對待程度越嚴重，心理健康狀況越不佳。
二、成年初顯期個體的兒少不當對待程度越嚴重，拒絕敏感度越高。
三、成年初顯期個體的拒絕敏感度越高，心理健康狀況越不佳。
四、整體拒絕敏感度與焦慮程度在兒少不當對待與心理健康之間具有部分中介效果。
五、若以單一類型的兒少不當對待來看，整體拒絕敏感度與焦慮程度在多數兒少不當對待（包含身體不當對待、情緒不當對待、情緒忽視、身體忽視）與心理健康之間具有部分中介效果，但在性不當對待與心理健康之間則無中介效果。
最後根據本研究之結果與發現，提供學校機構、輔導教師或心理師等助人工作者實務及未來研究之相關建議。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among childhood maltreatment experiences, rejection sensitivity and mental health in emerging adulthood, and further to investigate whether rejection sensitivity mediate the relationship between childhood maltreatment and mental health. The research tools used in this study were "Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form", "Rejection Sensitivity Questionnaire" and "Chinese Health Questionnaire". The sample consisted of 324 emerging adults from Taiwan. The study analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The main results of this study demonstrated that:
1.The more severe childhood maltreatment, the worse mental health in Emerging adults.
2.The more severe childhood maltreatment, the higher rejection sensitivity in Emerging adults.
3.The higher rejection sensitivity, the worse mental health in Emerging adults.
4.Rejection sensitivity and anxiety regarding rejection partially mediated between childhood maltreatment and mental health.
5.Rejection sensitivity and anxiety regarding rejection partially mediated between multiple types of childhood maltreatment (physical abuse, emotional abuse, emotional neglect and physical neglect) and mental health.
Based on the results, some suggestions and future directions are provided for schools, parents, counselors, and psychologists. |
