Abstract:	臺灣要邁向淨零碳排與永續發展的社會，實務上面臨許多爭議與困局，蓋能源轉型牽涉到臺灣社會經濟的整體轉型。本計畫以跨域的永續研究觀點，透過傳統質性研究參與觀察、田野調查、焦點座談、深度訪談厚描後核電時代的北海岸社會，以及測量與空間規劃分析、統計模型的資料生產等方法，盤點當前臺灣社會能源轉型牽涉到的多重挑戰，包括：(一) 空間規劃評估與基礎建設的調整、(二) 綠能產業發展需求與技術系統的創新、以及(三) 能源民主治理的在地實踐。我們從政府、市場、社會三個介面著手，以跨域數據分析循證的方式，提出整合的學術診斷與具體建議，重塑當前能源轉型挑戰與社會未來展望。
