    Abstract: 隨著串流媒體的誕生與普及,傳統文本在數位平台上重獲新生,過去曾在大銀幕與電視頻道風靡一時的經典動畫,如今透過串流平台的反覆播放,重新進入現代家庭的日常生活。這種數位匯流現象,讓迪士尼公主故事在新世代觀眾中延續影響力,也深刻改變了家庭的收視行為與共視習慣。家長在陪伴孩子觀看時,面臨著更多元且挑戰性的引導任務。

    研究採用質性深度訪談法,選取台灣七歲以下學齡前女童之積極介入型家長為研究對象。研究結果顯示,家長的反思行為(reflexivity)在介入過程中扮演重要角色,透過親子對話與積極參與,能有效翻轉傳統迪士尼公主文本帶有的性別刻板印象。此外,研究發現家長更在意的文本意識還有三個核心面向:第一,家長普遍擔心公主故事中與陌生人互動過度美化,削弱孩子自我保護的危機意識。第二,儘管新興文本之角色多元化在種族議題上的努力外,家長發現孩子仍對非白人公主存在抗拒,反應了心中根深蒂固的白人中心美感。第三,基於傳統迪士尼公主文本的愛情成分偏高,家長質疑電影過度強調一見鍾情,恐築下不切實際的幻想與等待。

    研究發現,親職在親子共視中的角色大多集中在母親身上,與誰擔任家庭經濟主要來源有關。角色分化某種程度上強化了傳統性別分工在教育中的延續性,亦反映出家庭內部權力互動的微妙平衡。

    本研究貢獻在於拓展對公主文本解讀的多重面向,提出在數位時代下家長批判性引導的重要性,協助孩子在文本與現實衝突中培養正確價值觀。研究結果不僅有助於家長了解迪士尼公主電影對兒童性別認知與價值觀塑造的潛在影響,還為家長提供批判性引導和協同教育的具體建議,幫助在娛樂與教育間取得平衡,促進兒童的健康發展與親子關係的深化。
    With the rise of streaming media, traditional texts have been revitalized on digital platforms. Classic Disney princess animations, once popular on big screens and TV, now re-enter modern family life through continuous streaming. This digital convergence not only extends the influence of princess stories among new generations but also reshapes family viewing behaviors, posing new challenges for parental guidance.

    This study adopts a qualitative in-depth interview approach, selecting proactive parents of preschool-aged girls (under 7) in Taiwan. Findings reveal that parental reflexivity plays a key role in co-viewing, as active dialogue and participation help counter traditional gender stereotypes embedded in Disney princess narratives.

    Parents are particularly concerned about the romantic portrayal of interactions with strangers in princess stories may weaken children’s awareness of self-protection. Although Disney has made efforts to diversify character representation, parents find that children still resist non-white princesses, reflecting a lingering preference for white-centric beauty standards. Moreover, parents are wary of the romantic ideal of "love at first sight" often depicted in traditional princess stories, fearing it may foster unrealistic expectations in relationships.

    The study also finds that the responsibility for co-viewing and guiding children typically falls on mothers, often linked to the primary economic role within the family. This division of roles perpetuates traditional gender norms within educational practices and highlights the delicate balance of power within the family structure.

    This study underscores the importance of critical parental guidance in the digital age, helping children navigate the gap between media narratives and real-world values. By fostering balanced co-viewing practices, parents can promote healthy development and strengthen parent-child relationships.
