    Abstract: 本研究計畫目的如下:(1)瞭解變動時代下新世代領導的構念轉化;(2)分析領導者面對千禧世代員工時的挑戰與因應之道;(3)發展適用於變動情境下的安定領導量表;(4)瞭解其對與自我相關之心理歷程、部屬態度與行為的影響歷程;(5)探討工作環境的變動程度與千禧員工特性在其歷程上扮演的調節角色;(6)檢驗安定領導效能之跨文化效果。據此,本研究計畫將提供新世代領導者一種新的領導風格:安定領導,協助其在當今無常的工作環境中,面對世代更迭的工作價值觀轉換時,能夠更悠遊自在的適應生存並發揮領導效能。
