    Abstract: 「最好可能自我介入」是正向心理學常用的介入方式,效果也相當好,非常具有應用價值。先前研究發現此種介入方式可提升幸福感,但目前極少數幾篇針對亞裔或華人參與者所得的研究結果卻非常不一致。筆者認為華人的自我與西方人不同,所以所想像的「最好可能自我」自然也不相同。我認為華人認為的「最好」應該不是強調凸顯個人的能力或成功,而是一種更適合或更和諧的狀態,或許稱之為「最適狀態」更為貼切。在這兩年計畫中筆者提出「最適可能自我介入」,探討其對個體可能帶來的影響。這系列研究不僅有學術上的重要性,同時也非常具有應用價值,未來可將其推廣至實務應用界。
