Abstract:	睡眠擾醒恢復歷程應是一個相當基本的睡眠現象，在過往卻長期被忽略。因此，預期本研究完成後，將能對睡眠擾醒歷程以及相關的因素有更進一步的瞭解，將有機會能開啟睡眠行為醫學一個新的探索的領域。再者，本研究也將探索睡眠擾醒反應性及恢復歷程與睡眠症狀之關聯性，預期結果可以做為後續發展睡眠症狀評估和介入方式的參考。因此，本研究不僅能對國內的臨床心理及睡眠行為醫學的領域帶入更多先進的科學概念，訓練更多臨床專業人員對於睡眠科學有更精進的概念以及評估分析技術，更有助於協助促進睡眠科學及睡眠醫學的發展。
