| Abstract: | 本研究以優勢觀點出發，探討發展遲緩兒童主要照顧者復原力與親職效能對於生活品質之影響。研究目的為：（1）了解發展遲緩兒童主要照顧者之復原力、親職效能與生活品質之現況；（2）檢驗發展遲緩兒童之背景變項與主要照顧者復原力、親職效能與生活品質的之間的關聯性；（3）探討發展遲緩兒童主要照顧者之背景變項、復原力、親職效能與生活品質四者之間的關聯性；（4）探討在控制其他變項之情況下，發展遲緩兒童主要照顧者的復原力和親職效能對生活品質的獨立解釋力。
本研究採用問卷調查法，透過便利抽樣的方式進行資料搜集，研究對象為162位發展遲緩兒童主要照顧者。研究結果如下：
一、 發展遲緩兒童的障礙程度與年齡、主要照顧者的性別與年齡對復原力無顯著影響，而教育程度與月收入則對復原力有顯著影響。再者，發展遲緩兒童的年齡、障礙程度、主要照顧者的性別、年齡、教育程度與月收入對親職效能皆有顯著影響。
二、 兒童障礙程度對照顧者生活品質有顯著影響，但年齡對照顧者生活品質的影響有限，僅在一般面向與環境面向有顯著差異。照顧者性別差異僅體現在心理及社會關係面向，然而，照顧者年齡、教育程度與月收入對生活品質影響顯著。復原力與生活品質各面向呈顯著正相關，尤其與心理面向關聯最密切。親職效能與生活品質也呈現全面性正相關，與整體生活品質相關最強。
三、 影響主要照顧者生活品質的因素依序為：親職效能、復原力、月收入、教育程度、年齡、兒童年齡和障礙程度。其中，親職效能能解釋38.5%的生活品質變異量，復原力能解釋33.2%的生活品質變異量。同時，復原力和親職效
能在背景變項與生活品質間扮演重要的中介角色，即可透過提升照顧者的復原力和親職效能改善生活品質。
筆者根據研究發現，進而提出以下實務建議：
一、 激發主要照顧者之復原力
二、 促進主要照顧者親職角色與信心的強化
三、 根據多元家庭背景提供個別化服務
This study adopts a strengths-based perspective to investigate how resilience and parenting efficacy influence the quality of life among primary caregivers of children with developmental delays. The research objectives are: (1) To understand the current status of resilience, parenting efficacy, and quality of life among primary caregivers of children with developmental delays. (2) To examine the relationships between the background variables of children with developmental delays and the resilience, parenting efficacy, and quality of life of their primary caregivers. (3) To explore the relationships among the background variables of primary caregivers, resilience, parenting efficacy, and quality of life. (4) To investigate the independent explanatory power of resilience and parenting efficacy on quality of life among primary caregivers of children with developmental delays, while controlling for other variables.
Using a questionnaire survey method with convenience sampling, data was collected from 162 primary caregivers.The research findings are as follows:
1. Factors Affecting Resilience and Parenting Efficacy
(1) The child's disability level, age, and caregiver's gender and age showed no significant impact on resilience, while education level and monthly income significantly influenced resilience.
(2) All factors significantly influenced parenting efficacy.
2. Factors Affecting Quality of Life
(1) The child's disability level significantly impacted caregiver quality of life, while age had limited influence, showing significant differences only in general and environmental domains.
(2) Caregiver gender differences were only evident in psychological and social relationship domains.Caregiver age, education level, and monthly income significantly impacted quality of life.
(3) Resilience showed significant positive correlation with all quality of life domains, particularly with the psychological domain.
(4) Parenting efficacy demonstrated comprehensive positive correlation with quality of life, strongest with overall quality of life.
3. Predictors of Quality of Life
Factors influencing primary caregivers' quality of life, in order of significance: parenting efficacy, resilience, monthly income, education level, age, child's age, and disability level. Parenting efficacy explained 38.5% of quality of life variance, while resilience explained 33.2%. Resilience and parenting efficacy played important mediating roles between background variables and quality of life, suggesting that enhancing caregivers' resilience and parenting efficacy can improve quality of life.
