Title:	運動組織治理準則要素之初探

Abstract:	近年來，運動治理的概念在臺灣或其他亞洲國家漸趨普及，但相較於西方國家而言，尚有許多進步的空間。對於體育運動組織而言，要達到良善治理的目標，需要一套運動組織治理準則，做為營運的依歸，同時，運動組織治理準則也提供政府及相關利益關係人評量績效的標準。本文整理國外已出版之運動組織治理準則，歸納四個主要的運動組織治理準則要素，分別為「透明」、「責信」、「與利益關係人之互動」以及「理事會相關規定」，供後續研究或制訂運動組織治理準則之參考，同時，也使政府相關單位或是體育運動組織檢核營運績效時，有一個可以參考比較的標準。然而，運動組織治理準則根據不同治理結構及法規環境，需要適度的調整與修正，因此，建議未來研究可針對臺灣特殊的治理環境制訂適合臺灣體育運動組織應用之運動組織治理準則，除了協助體育運動組織達成良善治理之目標外，更能改善我國整體體育運動環境，為我國全民運動與競技運動開創新頁。
