    摘要: 蔬果的農藥殘留量如何快速地檢測,除了知道是否有農藥殘留之外,更重要的是針對不同的作物,以及不同檢測濃度的樣本,在判讀其為具有農藥殘留時可以清楚知道殘留的程度,並且能預估農藥降解至安全區域的時間。現今有許多單位如學校、公司等需要大型團膳的單位不願意使用即時的農產品抽樣服務最大的原因是,萬一所檢測的蔬果農藥殘留超標,是否全部退貨會是一個很尷尬的情況。若能清楚該食材在放置一兩天內就能降解至安全的等級,就能在不退貨的情況下以其他食材更換,先以安全的食材代替。不同濃度的檢測資料也會造成檢測的誤差,有時不是無毒而是樣本濃度過低。因此,能夠有一套對應不同濃度且能精準判讀降解農藥殘留時間的方法會是一個重要的工作。
    How to quickly detect pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, in addition to knowing whether there are pesticide residues, more importantly, for different crops, as well as samples with different detection concentrations, the degree of residue can be clearly known when it is judged to have pesticide residues. It also predicts when pesticides will degrade into safe areas. Nowadays, many units such as schools and companies that need large group meals are not willing to use the instant sampling service of agricultural products. The biggest reason is that if the pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables are exceeded, it will be a very embarrassing situation. If you know that the ingredients can be degraded to a safe level within a day or two, you can replace them with other ingredients without returning them. Different concentrations of test data can also cause errors in the test, sometimes not non-toxic but the sample concentration is too low. Therefore, it is an important task to have a set of methods that correspond to different concentrations and can accurately interpret the residual time of degraded pesticides.
