    Title:
The New Model of Citizen Opinions Expression by the Semi-Anonymous Community Website
    Authors:

    semi-anonymous;social network;representative system;citizen opinion;strike;MiniWe
    Date: 2017-10
    Issue Date: 2025-04-16 14:28:25 (UTC+8)

We will build up a web site about social network, which is called MiniWe. The
url of MiniWe is http://miniwe.net. In MiniWe, there are normal communicative
functions that are the same as general social network web sites. There are anonymous
communicative functions that people can publish any message without responsibility.
Moreover, there is a semi-anonymous communicative function that people can setup a
threshold such that every post is anonymous when the number of joint members is
smaller than the threshold and all of anonymous become named when the number of
joint members is greater than the threshold. This function designed will encourage
people to declare their true wish. MiniWe will help to improve disadvantaged groups
against the chilling effect from the government or organization. If this
semi-anonymous communication model is successful, MiniWe can replace the
representative system in the future such that people can declare their opinion more
directly. MiniWe will be one of the possible solutions for problems that are derived by
the unbalance of power, especially to improve the labor environment of Taiwan.
There will be many interesting topics under the reaction between the
anonymous, semi-anonymous and named communications. We will explore the
difference of the network behavior between the named social network and the
anonymous network. The individual ‘s social behavior will be modeled and then we
can predict the global behavior of the social network. We will compare the true data
with the numerical results of the mathematical model in ordinary differential equation
such that we can understand the criterion to make the whole system stable. Contrary,
we will know in which conditions the system will become unstable. We will also
understand how the anonymous communication network affects the named
    communication network by this project.
