    摘要: 1.本研究從發展社會學視角提出新的理論架構，期能對中國數位威權主義擴張的現象提供系統性的解釋。該架構不僅將「世界體系」、「文化霸權」等古典觀點加以整合及應用，也與「威權擴散」、「中國影響力操作」、「跨國人權倡議」等新興理論產生對話及補充。 2. 本研究主張：中國網路規範的跨國擴散程度，取決於其數位科技在世界經濟分工體系中的「半邊陲」地位。此論點將以四組比較個案研究分別從不同分析層次（雙邊跨國／多邊國際組織）、不同議題面向（網路安全／數位經濟）加以論證。 3. 本研究有助於理解中國試圖於國際網路世界塑造文化霸權的物質性基礎及其結構性限制，也有助於自由世界國家思考中國數位威權主義擴張的因應之道。
