    Abstract: 本研究旨在運用策略矩陣分析法,探討金屬沖壓業者M公司的現有及未來事業策略的制定與發展。M公司專注於金屬沖壓加工,具有獨特的連續沖壓模具設計與製造能力,並對生產流程及品質管理保持嚴格要求,長期以來都在主要客戶的供應商名單中列為優先供應(PSL)的資格。然而,近年來因外部因素及內部條件的劇變,衝擊公司的經營績效。本研究應用策略形態分析法與策略矩陣分析法,深入探討M公司目前的策略形貌。透過策略矩陣逐步拆解與分析現有策略的目標達成狀況與問題。同時,也剖析個案公司的內部條件與外部環境。最後,根據外部環境及內部資源條件變化,提出未來可行的三種策略模組,包括方案一工廠智慧化生產、方案二永續轉型、方案三加入多樣少量生產雙軌並進。本研究對這三個模組進行系統性分析,並延伸至業務方向調整與內部資源的調配,確保其落實為具體的行動方案。本研究結論除了對個案公司未來體質改變與轉型提出指引方向,對於類似的中小型傳統企業在體質改造與轉型策略,亦提供策略制定實務的參考價值。
    This study aims to use strategic matrix analysis to depict the current strategy and to develop the future business strategies for the case company--M Company in the metal stamping industry. M Company focuses on metal stamping processing. It has accumulated unique capabilities in the design and manufacturing of progressive stamping dies. The company maintains strict requirement and discipline for production processes and quality management, consistently qualifying as a preferred supplier listed (PSL) for its major clients. However, in recent years, significant external factors and internal conditions have impacted the company's performance. This research applies strategic posture approach and strategic matrix analysis to delve into M Company's current strategic landscape. Based on a step-by-step strategy formulation process, including depicting current strategy, reviewing the level of goal attainment, examining the fits and changes among strategy, internal conditions and external environment factors, this study proposed three feasible future strategies: (1) Smart Factory Production; (2) Sustainability Transformation; and (3) Dual-track Production of Diverse Small Batches & Massive Quantity. The contributions of this research not only provide guidance for the case company's future transformation and restructuring but also offer practical reference value for similar small and medium-sized traditional enterprises in their transformation strategies.
