    Abstract: 企業是臺灣經濟發展的重要推動力,對銀行業績與穩定性具有深遠影響。然而,資金壓力、數位化挑戰及資產傳承困難等問題,限制了中小企業的成長,並對銀行傳統運營模式構成挑戰。本研究探討銀行如何透過業務轉型滿足中小企業的多樣化需求,並促進雙方的長期合作。
    本研究採用個案分析法,深入剖析S銀行在支持中小企業資產傳承中的創新服務模式。透過在財務規劃、股權移轉及稅務優化等領域提供全方位支持,銀行不僅成功解決了中小企業在資產傳承中的核心問題,還順利拓展了優質客戶基礎,深化了與中小企業的合作關係。同時,這些創新模式帶動了多元業務發展,進一步鞏固了市場競爭力。
    研究結果表明,創新業務模式是銀行應對市場變化的關鍵策略,不僅提升了服務效率與競爭優勢,還促進了中小企業的穩定成長與永續發展。本研究為銀行如何透過業務創新實現雙贏提供了實踐建議,並對未來探索全面轉型方向具有重要啟示。
    Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are a critical driving force behind Taiwan's economic development, significantly impacting the performance and stability of the banking sector. However, issues such as financial pressure, digitalization challenges, and difficulties in asset succession have constrained SME growth and posed challenges to traditional banking operations. This study explores how banks can achieve business transformation to meet the diverse needs of SMEs and foster long-term partnerships.
    Using a case study approach, this research delves into the innovative service models employed by S Bank in supporting SME asset succession. By providing comprehensive support in areas such as financial planning, equity transfer, and tax optimization, the bank not only successfully addressed SMEs' core challenges in asset succession but also effectively expanded its base of high-quality clients, deepening cooperative relationships with SMEs. These innovative models have further driven diversified business development, strengthening the bank's market competitiveness.
    The findings indicate that innovative business models are key strategies for banks to adapt to market changes. These models not only enhance service efficiency and competitive advantages but also promote the stable growth and sustainable development of SMEs. This study offers practical recommendations for how banks can achieve mutual benefits through business innovation and provides significant insights for future exploration of comprehensive transformation directions.
