    Abstract: 本研究以工業用電腦(Industrial PC, IPC)產業中的一家代表性企業為研究對象,深入探討該公司如何在競合環境下突破發展瓶頸,制定有效的策略方案。論文首先概述應用於博奕市場的IPC產業,博奕市場客層分析。研究方法採用個案分析,首先對目標企業進行全面性的檢視,包含公司基本營運狀況、經營模式演進過程,以及當前面臨的經營困境。其次,運用策略管理工具進行深度分析,評估企業內外部環境,並透過SWOT分析框架,審視企業的優勢、劣勢、外部機會與威脅,從而發展出可行的策略方案。研究也記錄了這些策略的實際執行成效,提供具體的實證依據。研究結果顯示,在錯綜複雜的策略結盟關係中,企業必須準確掌握自身定位,靈活調整競合策略,方能實現持續成長。基於研究發現,本文為個案企業提出具體可行的未來發展建議,這些建議不僅適用於個案企業,也可供產業內其他類似企業參考,協助它們在競合環境中尋求突破與發展。
    This study focuses on a representative company in the Industrial PC (IPC) sector, examining how the organization can overcome development bottlenecks and formulate effective strategic solutions within a co-opetitive environment. The research begins with an overview of the IPC industry in the gaming market, including an analysis of market segmentation and customer demographics.The methodology employs a case study approach, beginning with a comprehensive examination of the target company, encompassing its basic operational status, business model evolution, and current operational challenges. Subsequently, strategic management tools are utilized for in-depth analysis, evaluating both internal and external environments. Through the SWOT analysis framework, the study examines the company's strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities, and threats, leading to the development of feasible strategic options. The research also documents the practical implementation outcomes of these strategies, providing concrete empirical evidence.
    The findings indicate that within complex strategic alliance relationships, companies must accurately grasp their positioning and flexibly adjust their co-opetition strategies to achieve sustainable growth. Based on these research findings, this paper presents specific and viable recommendations for future development. These suggestions are not only applicable to the case study company but can also serve as a reference for similar enterprises within the industry, helping them seek breakthroughs and development in a co-opetitive environment.
