    Abstract: 本研究目的在探討能量療癒產業如何通過引入訂閱制商業模式以提升市場競爭力與運營穩定性,並針對以希塔療癒為代表的能量療癒服務進行深入分析。隨著心理健康與靈性成長需求的增加,傳統單次消費模式在收入穩定性與客戶黏著度方面的不足愈加凸顯,而訂閱制模式則以其持續性服務與靈活定價優勢,為能量療癒產業提供了全新發展契機。
    本研究結合文獻回顧、專家訪談與問卷調查,系統性地分析能量療癒市場的需求特徵與消費行為,並應用商業模式九宮格對訂閱制的優化方案進行設計與驗證。研究發現,核心目標群體為25至44歲的上班族及自由職業者,他們對壓力管理與情緒調節的需求顯著,並對500元以下的月費服務表現出較高接受度。同時,問卷結果表明,固定療癒套餐、個性化推薦及主題式課程等服務內容相當受到青睞,而免費試用與課程附贈則是吸引新用戶的有效手段。
    基於此,本研究設計了一套分層次的訂閱制方案,包括基礎版、進階版及高端版,並強調通過數位平台整合個性化推薦技術、療癒進度追蹤與線上社群支持來提升用戶體驗。最後,透過問卷結果取得市場回饋,說明訂閱制不僅能解決收入波動性問題,還能增強顧客黏著度與品牌競爭力。本研究為能量療癒產業的商業模式創新提供了具體參考,也為能量療癒領域的數位化轉型探索了新的方向。
