    Title: 水泥產業轉型策略之研究-以A公司為例

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討在瞬息萬變的全球經濟結構與日益重視的環境永續發展趨勢下,傳統水泥產業所面臨的挑戰與轉型契機。面對市場需求轉變、政府環保政策日趨嚴格、以及技術革新等多重壓力,水泥產業不僅需應對傳統製造業的激烈競爭,更須在高度不確定性中尋求永續發展的可行路徑。因此,本研究以個案研究法,選取台灣水泥產業中的指標企業A公司,深入剖析其自2013年以來,在第三代接班人領導下所推動的多元化經營與策略轉型歷程,以期為其他傳統產業提供策略指引。
    本研究首先透過PEST、波特五力分析及SWOT分析等策略分析工具,系統性地評估了影響水泥產業的總體環境、產業競爭態勢、及企業內外部資源條件。分析結果顯示,水泥產業正面臨市場需求萎縮、環保法規加嚴、國際競爭加劇等多重挑戰,但同時也蘊藏著循環經濟、綠色建材、旅宿服務等潛力市場。A公司雖具備深厚的產業經驗與品牌優勢,卻也面臨水泥生產業務萎縮、轉型過程中的不確定性、以及對策略合作依賴等限制。
    基於上述分析,本研究進一步運用安索夫矩陣,評估A公司在不同產品與市場組合下的策略選擇,並提出具體轉型策略方向。研究發現,A公司在現有市場上採取價格競爭來鞏固市場份額;同時,積極研發低碳水泥,滿足日益增長的環保需求。此外,A公司也積極開拓新市場,透過策略性投資日本飯店、開發台灣月子中心、投資綠能等方式,實現業務多元化,分散風險。
