    摘要: 著眼於2025年，台灣正式進入超高齡社會，健康長者在台灣的人數愈來愈多， 因此他們需要有更適切的照護服務，不過因為台灣的地域性及健康長者個體差異度很大，每位的需求都不盡相同，再加上個體資訊的取得不易，且有個人資訊保護的考量，導致目前並沒有針對這些健康長者的長期照護服務產業，都只有提供零星的服務，因此難以規格化並產生規模經濟的效益。
    因此本論文研究目的為:
    1. 探討在目前台灣整體環境下，健康長者長期照護服務的需求狀況與競爭。
    2. 針對健康長者長期照護產業，進行經營模式的分析，探討如何創造出一個適當的商業模式-健康長者長期照護服務業者「A公司」，以期符合健康長者的長期照護服務的需求。
