    Abstract: 在全球化的背景下,企業面臨著日益複雜和多變的地緣政治環境;地緣政治事件,如貿易戰、地區衝突、政策變化、核心資源競爭等等,這些變化對企業的供應鏈佈局產生深遠影響。企業需要在有限的資源前提下,制定靈活且穩健的海外供應鏈選擇策略,以因應眾多的不確定性和風險。確保企業業務發展的可持續性及競爭力。本研究以大陸本土IDH 企業 A公司為例,旨在探討地緣政治背景下企業海外供應鏈的選擇策略,先藉由產業資源鏈的群聚背景描述,透過產業價值鏈策略矩陣展開,梳理關鍵因素,分析在資源受限及訊息不確定的情況下,企業如何『審時度勢』,重塑海外供應鏈的佈局,並提出相應的建議。
    Under the backdrop of globalization, businesses are navigating an increasingly complex and volatile geopolitical landscape. Events such as trade wars, regional conflicts, policy shifts, and competition over critical resources are reshaping the foundations of supply chain management. To adapt, businesses must craft flexible and resilient strategies for overseas supply chain selection, making the most of limited resources to tackle these challenges. This approach is crucial for maintaining competitiveness and ensuring sustainable growth. This study examines a mainland Chinese IDH enterprise, Company A, for its strategies on overseas supply chain selection under geopolitical influences. By analyzing the context of industrial resource clustering and leveraging a strategic value chain matrix, the study identifies key factors and evaluates how companies can realign their supply chains in the face of resource constraints and informational uncertainty. Finally, practical recommendations are provided based on the findings.
